Help on teleport trigger

I'm working on an advanced RPG... i want to make a teleport system similar to the one in final fantasy epic rpg... it uses a menu to decide where you go and doesnt add new "options" before you touch them. i have no expierence with this kinda thing, so help would be much appriciated.
