Well, if he's gonna keep the arms, he also needs to make the face similar, and try to take out that stone effect.

Its a nice skin, though change the Chest it doesnt realy suit the Other "parts" of the Skin

Make it look like one of the IG skins with the blue, drained faces, and stuff like that because IG proudmoore has like a mud pie face. The arms don't really suit it with that face, and the chest could be tattered leather, or like a wounded and scarred rip in the chest. You also will need to make some things better, but most of it could be like a torn jacket-- with threads and stuff coming out, and some blood-stained clothing
