help me with cast/action bars

I am looking for someone ho can help me with cast/action bars and how to implement them for when I use a couple of spells in my map, any body will to help?

when you cast a spell that say takles 3 seconds to cast, iw ould like a little action/cast bar, i have seen a few systems about, but i am confused and would appreciate someone who could help me use one
