When I in BattleNet Lobby/Room

The cause is clear. Your mp3 file namely BloodElf Theme is corrupted. It's either you find a file of it that is working or reinstall Warcraft III

And should be moved to WEHZ as far as I know.

Seems the music file was broken. Does this happens in every map?
I recall the file used in every blood elf campaign maps, and Battle Net ain't using it.

I do experience that error as well. Mostly in cinematics of campaigns (Custom or not). It occurs even when there is no music playing.

Try reinstalling Wc3 and it should work again.

To elaborate on what Hell_Master is trying to say, Open your MPQ (using an MPQ editor) and replace the music file with the one he gave.

Open your war3x.mpq with a MPQ Editor, try searching in the net then delete the corrupted file there and changed it with my file.
