Help pls with that warcraft patch!

Hey i dont know weather it's in the right section but pls help me with that problem :goblin_cry:
when i want to patch wc3 there come an error it says
This patch upgrades Warcraft III The Frozen Throne from the previous version.

ERROR: unable to apply patch to file 'Custom_V0\Units\CampaignUnitStrings.txt'
I already has removed wc3 from my pc and installed again..
again the same problem
can someone help me??
