Help me out plz! Icon toubles

Having some troubles with my Icons. They all act the same, they dont show up in the WE or test games, though they do show up in the Wc3IE2 when I load them as BLP or load them as TGA (32bit). Used d.clouds, lighting, and accented edge effects as well as layer styles. I've included the picture psp, my icon layout psp, and a finished icon. Yeah thats what I have been doing, except for BTN I used replaceabletextures/commandbuttons/BTNReddemon.blp :P Its not so much that I want it fixed, just that someone figures out why this is happening and how I would be able to avoid it. I'm thinking it has something to do with the image itself, like something wrong with the color mode or something stupid like that, is why I posted it.
