Can some one tell me if i woud delete a mount from a (idk.Rider)how coud i make him stand on the ground not to look like hes flying...

Well the model will look ugly.

Go to you units in your object editor and find the unit you want on foot. Edit the movement options.

Are you deleting part of the model (i.e. the horse)? For that you will need to create your own animations or import them I believe. But you would still need to edit the model to make it useable and look good.
