Help converting an icon to blp.

I recently decided to create a model but I don't know how to get the file to BLP... Out of every icon making tutorial they didn't mention making it blp. any help would be hot.

try renaming it to name.blp or idk if there is a program that converts (for wc3) but else get a file converter

I tried renaming the file to blp when I saved it through photoshop. When I tried to submit it, it said "The file is corrupted." Meaning it isn't a true blp image. Out of curiosity I tried to open the saved blp image with the viewer and it wouldn't open. So, not sure what's wrong.
