[Trigger] Help about some triggers please

I have an idea that I'll make some map for me to play and my question is how can I make a trigger something like Dota that the main building get destroy and that team are lose,and my second question is how can I set spawn for heroes #sorry about grammar or word I'm not good in English

For main building you would use simple triggers to detect unit deaths for it then defeat the players of that team
