Hey, guys! I'm pretty new around here, but I decided I should make an introduction!

My name's Matthew and I've been playing Warcraft 3 for years (despite my age)

I consider myself good on concept and terrain, but whenever I try to implement my ideas into a playable game, it always falls flat. That being said, I am working on a project called Progenitors. The idea is that all players start as the same ancestor, divide into ten different secondary ancestors, decide between three tertiary ancestors unique to each secondary, and go on that way. Each race will have a unique playstyle and unique upgrades and abilities. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated and Alpha-Testers will be wanted within the next month or two.

I also have a YouTube channel and upload mostly Smite videos right now, but will expand my audience soon.

My favorite Warcraft 3 map, while hard to decide for sure, is either Founders of the North or Guild of Hyppos RPG. If you want to host a Hamachi-based LAN match of one of those, let me know and I'll gladly join

Lastly, I am just glad to be a part of this community and would like to say thank you to any future welcome messages posted here! If any part of this post seems iffy on rules in some way, please let me know! I will gladly remove any portion of this introduction that is in violation of the rules to prevent any damage to my account or tarnishes on my reputation.

Advertising is okay if it has the correct context and it isn't malicious. i.e., you're free to create a thread in the Warcraft Townhall section about a video of yours if it's about of course, Warcraft.

Enjoy the community and don't be shy to ask questions if you have any! There should be a forum for everything you need in WC3 modding, but if you're lost, you can always ask others directly.
