New guy here.

I basically just want to figure out how to add boats. I don't want to make anything overly complicated, I just want a shipyard that spawns boats in the water, and boats that can move on the water. All very doable, from what I've seen.

I don't have TFT, nor do I plan on getting it at this point. I've seen the boats in King Leopold's "Broken Alliances," but as it's a protected map, I'm unable to open it in the world editor.

At any rate, I'd like to be able to make boats.

By adding boats you mean? Well anyways welcome to the Hive, jrowe47 and in my opinion get TFT very soon because most of the stuff here requires TFT also many important things you may want like models.
