Those grey textures seem pretty rough, you might want to add a normal map to it.
Could just copy the grey boxes layer to normal.dds and use Photoshop normal map feature.

Can we get an .mdx for the model and portrait for this to be used at the same time with the original 1 please?
Also can you make her use the upright stance? I really want to use all the archers it that position (better for there back )
