I have a model and when he gets buffed by a ability like kodo beast drums the white buff ring is around his head instead of at his feet.

as far as I know, you cannot edit a model in the world editor :p I take it the buff your using is just a default warcraft III buff? so it shouldnt contain any bugs like incorrect SFX attachment points :p

I had a similar problem with a model in one of my past maps, where the buff rings appeared above the head. This is due to the model maker not assigning the "origin" attachment point to the correct location :D

So yea, as far as I know, it would be a case of editing the mdx file :S
