Halo Loading Screen Needed

I need someone to convert this picture http://xboxoz360.files.wordpress.com/2009/02/halo-wars-1.jpg into a loading screen one.
I tried but it was so frustrating. Please can someone do it. It is the only thing left that a need for my map
