[GUI] multiple page spell book to change unit's model

I need a gui, spell book that has 5 (must be editable by me) page, in each page has a different spell that change the appereance of the caster (eg: the caster is a footman, when he cast a strom bolt, he morphed to a ghoul, etc.), no need the change caster appereance so much, the main point is the multiple page spell book
