Lets see. Where to start?

1.
The texture is really horrible, and has a huge need of shading and definition.

2.
I can see that the model's header name says HeroAyame, meaning you modified it from Black_Stan's HeroAyame model.
I know that Black_Stan said (or more like his cousin said) that the models may be edited, according to this, so I'm not sure about the permission part.
But if I were you, I would credit him for the base model.

This model really should be deleted,
1. its a Rip and he's not giving credit.
2. the texture is really horrible it was probably done in paint.
3. it has no relation to anything not wc3 nor Naruto it
has almost no uses.

HAHAHAH. If it was related to naruto, it would've been deleted almost instantly, I assure you of that, cause all naruto models are ripped from somewhere.

But yeah. This is a fail, expecially being a rip.
