To make what fireblasts said clearer, you need to make a good map description where you give information about your map and how to win the game. Screenshots would be a very good idea since the filesize is pretty large and doesn't attract people to download your map.
Do this as soon as you can or you'll get instant map rejection.

Also, the file size exceed 8 MB limits. It's not playable in multiplayer without hacking the dll file.
