Gold Harvesting

Hi, I was wondering how to make a Spell that when a Peasant goes to a gold mine that it automatically gathers it and it increases the gold amount you currently have. If this is confusing, then, I need a gold gather spell that works just like in Island Defense.
 
Sorry, I haven't played Island defense so you're going to have to explain this a bit better.

As it stands, the peasant goes into the mine, and when he returns to the town hall, you get gold.

Now what do you want to happen instead?
 
ok, i want the spell to not return it to the town hall but to generate 1 gold each time the spell is activated or Autocasted.

Why not just use Acolytes or Wisps then, and decrease the amount of gold they generate. Why do you need a spell? I don't even know if a spell can do that.
 
ok, i tested this out and whenever i activate the harvest ability, the unit goes into the gold mine and i have to return the gold to a town hall, is there something else i could do?
 
ok, i would like the spell to gather 1 gold every 2 seconds. this spell is currently being used with the normal ability - Gather(Acolyte Gold), but i can't seem to get the unit to gather 1 gold automatically without the use of a town hall.
 
The gold thing in island def isn't a gold mine, it's a building with a certain classification.
Then there is an auto cast skill that can be used only be cast on that classification unit.
The spell can be cast every 2 seconds, and has a very small range.
Then it's triggered to give gold every cast.
 
You could try making a trigger that awards 1 gold every 2 seconds if a peasant is in a certain region. Or you could take Destroyer25's advice and just use Acolytes (change the model file to peasant if you'd like).

Ok, this makes sense, but what classification do i need to use for the building with the certain classification?
