What? You meant both Neutral Hostiles and Passive as 'Neutral Passive'? If that's is, then I'm new to that term because I don't get it at all. '-'

Anyway, if so, then what I thought is a custom Land Mine ability via a dummy ability triggering it with the use of Unit-Group for identifying nearby units and a condition of whatever player shouldn't suppose to be affected I guess?
