Honestly, they're great! They remind me of the Redridge Gnolls in WoW, or the many in Elwynn Forest. I'd love to see you update this pack more, adding more variants. Keep it up, I'll definitely be using it.

In a lethal ambush, the Gnolls combine their skills to dominate the battlefield. The Gnoll Warriors, with their brute strength, charge into close combat, unleashing their fury upon enemies. Meanwhile, the Gnoll Scouts move stealthily through the shadows, gathering information and flanking their opponents. From a distance, the Gnoll Crossbowmen take advantage of their precise aim to harass enemies with powerful crossbow shots, covering their allies and ensuring that the tribal strategy of hit-and-run is executed effectively. Together, they form a fearsome and coordinated force on the battlefield.

Wow, that’s really nice one! 
At first it may seem like a simple edit, but it's actually clear that a lot of work has been done! I really love these details, like the paw medallion on the archer's quiver, the different colors of the gnolls' pants, the paw on the warrior's shield and if i noticed correctly, you added more movements to his Stand-4 animation
And I really liked the idea of the scout! You can come up with a lot of gameplay stuff with him
Imo for scout would be great a spell animation. And as was written above, it would be great to see more gnolls from you!
