Giving drop-on-death item to spawned unit.

Hey, is anyone knows(or is there any tutorials on) how to give drop-on-death(like in melee map you sometimes get some item when killed the creep) item to a triggered spawned unit? Like a triggered spawned some creep, then how do I add Drop-on-death item to it?

its something like this...

• Events
  • Unit - A unit dies
• Conditions
  • blah blah...
• Actions
  • If Random number between 1 to 10 equals 1
    • then
      • Item - create blah blahh...
        • Else
          • If Random number between 1 to 10 equals 2
            • then
              • Item - create blah blahh...
                • AND SO ON

or on the World Editor, double click on a unit, then choose, Items Dropped (that's how melee maps do it since there is no Creep respawn and only a few units... anyway its better to trigger it if you have creep respawn)
