Ghost scepter staff

The ghost scepter staff u get from the last fire boss or whatever the staffs name was didn't load on v1.1c it loads fine on 1.1b but not on 1.1c it just turns into a Mindbreaker staff for some reason. I got the staff in 1.1b I'll probably have to get it again in 1.1c to fix it if you don't.

Also, the Staff of The Ogre Shaman on my 34 Sorc in 1.1b loaded as a Splendid Rapier in 1.1c. I got the Staff in 1.1c and it loaded as a Basilisk Talon in 1.1b. Getting the Staff in 1.1c and loading in 1.1c results in the same staff.

Yeah I know why this is happening. That is because I fixed the Sickle to work only for thieves. I will change that back again and release a 1.1d version in one hour.
