[JASS] GetTimeOfDayScale()

Heey guys,,

I need this for a Time/Date system,,
Does GetTimeOfDayScale() return in percent (100.00 or 95.00 or 57.00 or whatever)
or in values <= 1 (1.00 means 100% dayspeed, 0.57 means 57% dayspeed)

The GetTimeOfDayScale() native returns 1.00 as 100%.
