Get rid black stuff blocking view in world editor

It's been a while since I used the editor and I forgot the short cut to get rid of the black thing blocking your view when your scroll out a bit can someone please tell me?

Ctrl+Scroll Down to increase camera Far Z.

I believe they also work for the Mouse Scroll (Scroll down) while holding ctrl.
