I use a magician and I never find a gem... x.x

Try the Golem boss south of the boars, or Sanev in the building north of the location of the 1k gold ability shop.

Refer to the drop lists in the guides and database thread....
d1 first boss and d2 makrura may too.

I was possibly mistaken about sanev though, not sure.

As far as I know, there are 3 gems in this game so far.

Shining Gem (gem)

First boss in the first dungeon (d1)

Sparkling Jewel (gem)

Rock Golem boss
Makruras (d2)

The Burning Heart (gem)

Fire Lord boss (last boss in d3)

Zibnix from D1 drops Gem as well. He's the lowest level as far as i know.
