Garena problem

Iam having trouble with garena since the last patch. I cant start it anymore. It tells me i have no permission to run the program. Also i cant deinstall the easy way. I have to change the permission of the folder, after that i can delete manually. After every reinstall it works, but after i close the program and start it again the same problem appears. Can someone help me?

Run as admin? Compatibility mode? <-- always try

If the folder is problematic install it in a different folder
