Game interface edit

I am encountering problems with custom interfaces:
When I set a custom icon in the interface e.g. changing the attack button to this, nothing happens. what am I doing wrong. (It still has 'War3mapimported\' on the front, maybe I should take that off?)

Import the icons to the following paths:
ReplaceableTextures\CommandButtons\BTNAttack.blp
ReplaceableTextures\CommandButtonsDisabled\DISBTNAttack.blp

Those are the paths for the attack icon. (Correct me if I'm wrong).
