Shadow Fury: The description is lacking, there is not a credits list and we need a proof that Shaggy gave you permission to upload his map that apparently has been updated by you. If you do not do so, you break the rules (link in Ardenian's comment) therefore your map can only be rejected.

The description is lacking. Add more information about the gameplay and the map's features, please, and also think about providing some screenshots.

Do you have the permission to edit Shaggy's map ?
It is not allowed to upload modified maps without proving that the original author gave you the explicit permission.
