First of: I love the idea, and i also love the looks of your skin. It's pretty cool.
The thing is that it looks very cartoonish, which does not fit into the Warcraft Universe that much. (That's just my guess tho) - You could work on shaders and stuff to make it look more real. And the other thing i'm concerned about is the Filesize.
500kb is already huge for a model, but for a skin it's even bigger. Maybe reduce the Quality a bit to lower that size?
Don't get me wrong this is totally good and approvable, but for me it's a bit too cartoonish to fit into normal Campaigns or Maps.
