These are wonderful little optimizations! You should consider trying to add team color to the pandaren to make it a bit more in line with the others, maybe grabbing some gauntlets that are team colored from another unit to avoid custom textures.
Thanks! Added team colored furbolg panda.
upd. added team colored gloves like you suggested, removed team colored feathers.
are these added new animations? yo thats dope man.

i dont see much difference is there something im missing? would these optimized models offer better overall performance ?
It's mostly about looks (check the comparison screenshot in the post) and convenience. A fused portrait means you don't have to import a separate model. Also, the additional animations can come in handy.

I also thought about the Easter Bunny model from Blizzard's custom game Funny Bunny's Easter Hunt, since it's heavily based on Furbolgs. I tried its portrait animations on the Furbolg model. What do you guys think? Do you want versions with those anims instead of regular ones?

The portraits look so much better now! It also actually looks like they are talking in the campaign cutscenes.

I really like the use of the tracker gauntlets for the primal pandaren, perhaps using the anklets as well since those also are team colored, should give it the same spread of team color as the tracker has.

Only other thing I could think of would be seeing if you could get permission to add the improvements to the johnwar models.

Thank you for all your work! These models in the base game were very janky and this was a much needed upgrade! Looking forward to seeing whatever you do next!

Thank you for the kind words! I will make primal pandaren with TC anklets as well as TC gauntlets later today. And by the way, I already did johnwar models, here's the link: Hive's Simple Edit Resources Thread

Excellent! The only thing I could possibly think of would be trying to make some of those variant models for the polar furbolgs. There are also a few unique ones in the campaign, the Warlord and the Chieftain which would benefit from having more unique models as well. That's a bit more of an undertaking though, and honestly I'm perfectly happy with just having some suitable replacements for the regular creep models! Thank you again for providing these to the community!

Looks awesome!
Very fun to see my animations coming to more use
Thanks! I was actually planning to add more animations, but I can’t get them to work properly for now.
