Why there is a "Damage Source"? Its for what event?

I know its says in the trigger editor that damage source is for that, but I can't find takes Damage...

And how I take the unit that deals the damage?

Its a single unit event and not a player wide event (which the generic one uses).
Thus you have to make an event for each unit you want to use it in some way. It is recomended you learn to use JASS before doing this otherwise leaks folowed by lag is likely to occur.
