For each integer A in Jass

What is the proper syntax to do a For Each integer A in jass form? If there is none, could someone explain how i could make a loop pick each player in all players and do actions? I'm a little stumped on how to loop all players.

So to do it for players it would be

local integer i = 1

    exitwhen i > 12
    //actions
    set i = i +1

Yes, the "picked player" would be Player(i) within actions block.
You forgot endloop btw.

EDIT: You should set integer i to 0 since red player is player 0, blue player is player 1 and so on (in JASS).

So all the player numbers are -1 in jass? or just 1?

Red player - Player(0)
Blue player - Player(1)
Teal player - Player(2)
Purple player - Player(3)
...

Each has an index reduced by 1 compared to GUI (actually, it's vice versa, GUI's players have indexes increased by 1)
