Ok, so this is how:

If no one posts an reply in your thread, ask an moderator to remove it
and make a new one (just make sure you have copied the material in your
thread).

If somone has made a relpy, you can make an "Bump" post under it.
Whenever you want to bump your thread, you Remove this post, and make
a new one!

This will prevent double-posting just to bump!
