The units in stampede are air units and not just sliding on the ground how do i do this>?

If you want the effect to appear high above the ground, replace the effect with another one that fits your height requirements.
If you want stampade to to hit flying units only, mess with the "Targets allowed" field in the object editor.

Else: Hardcore triggering...

yeah that doesnt work... usually the air unit model will be in the air automatically and not sliding on the ground.

Request models of units offset by a z distance, or do it yourself. Oinkerwinkle's Vertex modifier makes that super easy.

Sadly, yeah, way too many people use PCs for alot of people to make freeware for macs. In fact, the only free art program I've ever seen for the mac is TheGIMP. I suggest getting a Windows emulator.

Yeah, BootCamp is free and wonderful, better than parallels which costs lots of money (~$100 US dollars I think) imo.
Then you just need a copy of windows, and it is truly lovely.
I've abandoned my mac side, its like the run down dark alley of the nice city, with about 153 items on the desktop.
