Flame strike effect

I am trying to trigger an ability... which has nothing in common with flame strike except the effect.
The flame strike effect is like cuted in 100 pieces and then thrown in random places. I found almost evry one of them except the one I need. The fire pillar.
So what is its patch or is it something like the chain lightning and needs special triggering and if so help me with it please

Is this the one you mean:
Abilities\Spells\Human\FlameStrike\FlameStrike1.mdl
It has a creation delay though.

not
Abilities\Weapons\Ballista\BallistaMissile.mdl
as I did before

Lol I was searching "Flame strike effect" for like ah hour in the tutorial section before making this thread...
