Flame Strike bug?

I changed Flame Strike to have the model as Fan of Knives to create "Razor Leaf" spell. I might change it to be shockwave instead of flame strike though. The problem though, is when I use Razor Leaf in game it kills my unit automatically if im in range of being hit. Even at level 200 with like 30k hp and the spell only does 120 damage. Thanks for any help.
