Flame Fist Effect - NewGen Project

Since I have been unable to find a special effects artist for my current project, I figured i'd post a request my team really needs done here.

I need a spell effect that is essentially a large clenched fist made out of flames that appears in the air and then moves directly down and smashes it's knuckles into the ground.

Basic concept here:

I realize this is quite a difficult request, but we really need it for our project, and I would personally greatly appreciate it if any effects artists out there could tackle this. Rep and credit will ofcourse be given, and we don't mind if you distribute it out to other people or post it on the site.

I have a suggestion, make a dummy of Flame strike and turn him upside down?

just use the summon ability, too lazy to make something pretty =P
