[Trigger] Finding out if a unit is avalible for training/construction

Iv looked though the conditions in the WE, and i cannot find out how to make a condition based on whether or not a unit is available for training/construction by a certain player. I would assume it would be a boolean condition, but none of the ones in the list seem to do what i need.

any help would be gladly accepted
