Fight Arena

Hi. I need to create fight arena,but i dont know how to create a little table at start for mode.(window)So,first 5mins both teams will farm and then fight in arena - arena has small region and 2 modes - The last survivor and Team vs Team. I dont know how to teleport they every 5mins,then little pause(to get rdy) and fight @ some mode.also how to make timer for that? and after that tp they back in two differend regions(team1 in Xregion and team2 in other). If they're playing Team vs Team mode then winners will have 1k gold to Bank and 15wins in team count ,if thelastsurvivor then winner team same - +15wins and 1k gold in Team Bank
