Festive Greatfather Winter request

I'm writing an episode for a Feast of Winter Veil special, and I'm failing big time on making a Santa, I mean Greatfather Winter. I'm very new to model making and I think I'm better off leaving it up to the pros till I can get more experience.

What I had in mind was a red rifleman, with his cape having some gold accents, without a gun and that could hold a sack of gold. I thought it sounded simple but like I said I'm kinda a noob at this point.

I really hope someone could help with this, and ofcourse you would be featured in the show's credits.
