Overall its a cool idea but i feel like the hand itself needs some work , i would take a look at hand gestures kind of like the one your trying to do here and reform it towards that. Because, right now it looks discombobulated at the moment.

And, also let the hand be the main focus of the icon not the fel aura.. Make the hand more visible than the aura if you understand what i mean because at the moment i feel like the aura is taking away from the hands details and shape making it look the way it is.
