[AI] Explane AI

Can someone here please explane to me how do I even start making an AI, for a complietely custome race? Because I dont understand that at all.

Melee AI or Campaign AI?

If you need a Custom Melee AI that would use a similar tier system as the normal races, you can create one with the AI editor. For other purposes, you need to learn JASS, and especially look at the functions in common.ai.
