Expanding Spell Interval

How can i make like,when I get the spell level 6,i just get the next level of spell at lvl 10 or more ?all spells are like "Requires level 6 > requires level 8 > 10" they have just 2 level,I want set it more

Level skip requirement, set to 4.

Object editor, ability stuff. There's also a setting in advanced -> gameplay constants.
