enviroment lights/fog

hi
can someone please find to me or do to me a
model of a light effect (affect the collor of other dooadads, units and stuff) pleasE?

i need green light /fog for forests
dark light /fog for dungeons
white light /fog for any kind of place
blue light /fog for snow areas
red light /fog for volcano or deser areas
