Endurance aura makes unit laggy

Hi, so if i make custom item that has endurance aura ability that increase movement speed of unit by 80% most of the time it makes unit lag while moving, can you someone explain me what am i doing wrong? Unit doesnt have any other movement speed buffs only base movement set to 300.

Either they are capped or the pathing calculation gets funky. That two things I can think of.

Another issue is if the player has many units (I think it is above 100 or 200 or something like that).
Then the units "pause" their movements randomly when they walk.
