Well, there is very rare cases that we call joint accounts to were a person has the file submitted for them for a reason of there own, but in a case like this we'd have to get permission from the person via email or something so most of the time we don't take the trouble in to getting permission because its just easier to let the person make there own hive account and submit it again.
