Editor not responding fix?

Hey guys,

I was wondering, is there any way to fix those annoying "not responding" reactions to creating new units in object editor, renaming them, setting icon etc.? It was OK at first but now that I have over 50 custom units it stops responding for like 30s every time I try to create new, rename some or so..
