Easy Way to Fix Portraits Since Reforged 2.0 Patch?

Seems Microsoft/Activision/Blizzard added a new line to the Object Editor to specify the portrait. This was set to default for all the custom models. Is there a quicker way to fix this than go line by line and manually specify the custom model?

Does leaving this field as 'none' default the portrait path to the one specified by the model?

Thanks.

Right now I'm thinking on even trickier question: is there a way to fix portraits on a 1.31 campaign without saving it on Reforged (as it would make it Reforged only). So far my only idea is to create a new unit based on unit with working custom portrait (e.g. Paladin), copy all of its properties from the old unit, and finally remove old unit from object editor and copy new unit to have the old one's id. But it's a pain in the ass, so if there's no better option, I'd do so only with main heroes and those present in cinematics.
