So basicly I'm using the easter tree model for my melee map, and when a player is undead the blight wont make the trees look decayed, is there anyway do make it so the trees decay when on blight?

You need to edit the tree model to have a 'dead' animation (actually no- thats when the tree is harvested) or have a dead tree model and put it in the correct field in the oe (probably this one).
I forget how tree destructibles work in but just look to see how other real blizzard tree models do it and replicate it (probably with a dummy model as default and multiple variations as with the normal model). You can probably just easily rewrap it with any other ingame dead tree textures as they all look the same. You should also rotate and shrink the petals too.
