I think for dwarves are better crystals like this i give it to him, i made it similiar to one dwarven concept i have seen before once. Dwarves need some magic and w3 need some dwarven wizard-like units.

Nice. But the crystal on the staff not really good. Need more sharp to be a crystal. Now is too flat.
EDIT: The portrait should be same with the unit model.

It's good, except for the fact that the loincloth texture and the 'robe' texture don't fit at all. Red is not exactly a dwarven color either.
